Last nights loss sucks, but Alfie deserves recognition for the player he is. Good for him.

WHY DO WE HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL WED!!!!! Such crap.

If Neil is hurt it's a huge boost for the Pens. I fit think I could have less respect for Matt Cooke but getting his stick close to Karlssons eyes like that to me is a suspension, Karma is going to get him and get him this series.

Agreed. The Senators played a tough game and had chances. So did the Penguins. Playing the way they are now isnt bad. They just need to focus on simplifying the PP. Ottawa has made the difference in the past 2 games with their PK. Without it they've been dead ducks. I give them credit but the Penguins have to enter the zone better on PPs. No reason to be sloppy. Last 2 games should have been bloodbaths with the PP.

Literally can't wait til Wednesday. Don't see why we have to. Rest may be good for everyone after double OT though.

Inexcusable dumbosity by a team that did not play a bad game. This was a combo of Anderson stealing one and Pens putting it on a platter. I think we out shot them pretty well and I think we will be OK but sometimes this team is so boneheaded, urghhh!

Shots: Pittsburgh 50, Ottawa 48.

A fairly slim margin.

Definitely had the balance of play in overtime, and generated some additional shots on the PP, though.

Malkin looked just like Ovi back-checking on that tying goal...

Really????? It should have been a penalty, but in no way shape or form a suspension. You're just crying for the sake of crying now.

Agreed. You're just crying foul because it was Matt Cooke. There was no way that deserved a suspension. A penalty, yeah, a suspension, No. If he deserved a suspension, then what the hell does Neil deserve? That guy can't play legit hockey. Every ten seconds he's doing something worthy of a penalty. He's a gigantic piece of poop.

I think Matt Cooke is beginning to show his true colours as the series gets more emotional. Suspend him now and it removes any risk to real NHL players, but Karma is a female dog and he'll get what's coming to him, and when it does every NHL fan will be happy about it.

Ottawa fans cry more than anything - especially if their last names begin with the letter M - Melnyk, Murray and MacLean. I guess Murray was popping off about Brooks Oprik's hard hits in this serious - thinking some were dirty.

I guess this numbnut you are responding too also has the letter "M" in his last name.

Actually, Neil has been a bigger douche in this series than Cooke, so should we suspend him too?

I think fans that come on this thread and continue to whine and complain about utterly ridiculous things should be suspended as well. It removes all risk of this thread becoming unreadable.

It's more like Cooke is actually playing his game and getting under the skin of the Sens, especially Karlsson. Cooke has been great this series.

This coming from the team that pretty much erect single hockey fan in the told calls Crosby and the Pens the biggest cry baby team in he league.

When Pitt isn't crying they are complaining to the refs, it's unbelievable. They should just shut up and play
